Dear NPT player:

First of all thank you for writing for me. I've had a lot of fun doing this inn the past and I'm looking forward to this year and seeing what you come up with for the fandoms which I love.

General likes/dislikes I have in any fandom:

Likes:
Friends-to-lovers, miscommunication, avoidable angst (got to love the classics! ), party banter.

Dislikes:
Major character death, infidelity, Alpha/beta/omega.

As for my fandoms/ships;

Dragon age origins:

There really isn't enough Alistair/m!warden!
I'd love a sweet, getting-together fic for these two, maybe Alistair being oblivious at first?
I love all the origins, so any warden is good.
Preferably not established relationship if you choose to write this pair.

Dragon age II

M!Hawke/Cullen - maybe specifically a mage Hawke for angst? Cullen isn't in a good place in Kirkwall, so something with a bit of angst and a happy ending would be amazing for this pair.

F!Hawke/Isabela
These two are my go to romance for a female Hawke; I love the banter, and Isabela's humour. Something light hearted and funny with these two would be great if you choose to write these two.

Mass Effect;

Kaidan/m!Shep;
Kaidan broke my heart on Horizon during my first playthrough of the trilogy (with a female shepherd) - how might that go down with a make shepherd when they're not together yet in canon? Again, I'd love angst with a happy ending for this pair.

For Jack/Miranda I love the enemies-to-lovers trope. Maybe even friends-with-benefits becomes something more?

Star ocean:

If you choose to write in this verse the only request I really have is please no Fidel/Miki! I love these two as found family though, so maybe some pre-canon stories from their youth, or post-canon what comes next for the whole party with a focus on their friendship.

(I'd also love to see a Faize/Edge/Reimi poly fic; how do they make it work, what happened to push them together? Maybe a fic where Edge and Reimi were together first?)

Tales of Xillia:

Getting together fic would be amazing!

There's a sidequest in Tales of Berseria where Velvet & co. meet Milla and Jude, and help them out a little, and there's a decent amount of subtext between the two. What if it was Alvin stranded in Endgand with Jude instead?


Obviously optional details are optional, and I'll be delighted with whatever you come up with. :)

I realise my signup form looks a little like \o/ all the pairings! so hopfully this letter might make it a little easier to navigate (either that or I'll just ramble for a whole post...)

Generally I like fics with a little bit of angst, and a happy ending. There isn't much which squicks me, though I don't like cheating.
I do like uneven character dynamics (experience/inexperience, shy/outgoing etc), and characters who balance each other's flaws well. I like the whole friends-to-lovers dynamic, but also characters who can't stand each other growing to respect and care for each other.

So, I hope this helps.
